Welcome! Our theatres and box office are at 2025 Addison Street, half a block from the downtown Berkeley BART station and close to a variety of AC Transit routes. Go green and take public transportation!
The Center Street Garage directly across from Berkeley Rep boasts ample bike and car parking. $8 parking Tuesday–Sunday for evenings. Hourly parking for matinees.
The Allston Way Garage, located between Milvia and Shattuck with entrances on Center and Allston, offers our patrons $5 parking for evening performances. This offer is valid after 4pm Tuesday–Saturday. The garage is closed on Sunday. Please note that validation is not available for matinees or on Cal football home game days. Pick up your Allston Way Garage coupon from the house manager before or after your performance. When you return to the garage, go to the payment machine before you go to your car. Insert your original ticket. When the machine asks for payment, insert your coupon. Your total amount due will reduce to $5. The machine will issue a new ticket after you pay that will allow you to exit the garage.

When should I arrive at the Theatre?
We recommend you arrive 30 minutes prior to curtain to avoid lines. Performances begin promptly. Latecomers will be seated at the House Manager’s discretion, and may have to watch on a video monitor in the lobby.
Bringing children to the Theatre
We love introducing young people to live theatre! However, it’s important to note that some of our productions may contain mature subject matter and/or language that could be inappropriate for children. At Berkeley Rep, we recommend our shows for audience members ages 5 and older. To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all attendees, we kindly request that parents or guardians consider this guideline before bringing young children, including babes in arms, to our performances.

Concessions
Food and beverage service will be available in the concessions area and Michael’s Second Act bar before the performance and at intermission. Masks are not required in the Narsai M. David Courtyard (the outdoor courtyard between our two theatres), Michael’s Second Act bar, and our indoor lobbies. Food and beverage can be consumed in these areas without the use of a mask. Beverages in cans, cartons, or plastic cups with lids are welcome in the theatres for Wednesday through Saturday performances only. Food is not permitted inside the theatres during any performance. We appreciate your understanding in helping maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all our patrons.
